Fireworks Barge – July 4, 2026

We are seeking proposals from qualified marine service providers to supply a flat deck barge and licensed captain for the Festival’s annual fireworks display.

Key Requirements:
Flat deck barge (no pin barges permitted)
Minimum size:
• 12,000 sq. ft. if an additional boat is provided for operators
• 20,000 sq. ft. if operators will remain on the barge
Licensed captain required
Must be available July 4, 2026 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Must allow Munnerlyn Pyrotechnics full access for inspection, loading, setup, and the display from 9:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Proposal Deadline: October 31, 2025
Selection Notification: November 15, 2025
